You will need to use a credit card to confirm your appointment. Don’t worry, we will not charge your card at this time.

WCAM Cancellation Policy

Any scheduled appointment may be canceled or altered prior to receiving your 24 hour reminder email without any charges. You have three options for canceling or rescheduling:

• Use your email notification to reschedule or cancel your appointment immediately.
• You may reply to your confirmation email you recieved for your appointment.
• You may call the office directly at 262-547-1411
• If you have questions you can Email WCAM here.

We do not allow cancellations after you recieved your 24 hour notification. Failure to show will result in your credit card being charged.
